General Catering Information SERVICE CHARGE PRICING Noted prices on this website are for food only and do not include Sales Tax, Service Charges, or Delivery Charges. Please contact us for final pricing. We will provide a level of service that is tailored to your needs. FULL SERVICE This is the level of service we prefer, because we handle everything! Our servers will deliver, set, serve, clean and provide you with the best catering service you have ever received, GUARANTEED. And when we're gone, the only thing we leave behind is a great memory and a satified customer. PICK UP We can prepare any foods and have them ready for you to pick up at a time of your choosing. We can even place the foods on YOUR trays, or provide you our own. We can have the food hot and ready for pick up, or package it in re-heatable tins and to-go catering trays. DELIVERY ONLY We can provide all of the above and deliver it to you at a time of your choosing for a minimal fee. DELIVERY & SET We will Deliver and completely set up all food and beverage to your complete satisfaction. We will return after your event to clean up and remove our equipment. TABLE & SERVICE ARRANGEMENTS All catering we provide includes linen on food table covers, skirting, service ware, disposable plates, cutlery, paper napkins, floral decorations for the buffet, and our signature creative presentation standards. Our foodsare garnished and presented attractively with elevations on unique tray and service ware equipment with attention to detail and creativity in mind. We offer a full line of additional catering equipment, Decorations, Linens, China, Glass and Silver available for rental. If you can imagine it, chances are we have it or we can get it for you! MEAL & FOOD ATTENDENCE We use only first-quality fresh foods and we prepare them from whole ingredients. Our servers are trained culinary professionals. In order to provide the best service possible, we require as much notice as possible. For food related events, always contact us as soon as you know you will need us so we can be sure to reserve your date and time. Final attendance for your event is needed by 72 hours (3 business days) prior to your start time to insure success.
